How to Pay Your MLFF E-Notice

If you have received an Electronic Notice (E-Notice) for non-payment of toll charges under the Multi-Lane Free Flow (MLFF) tolling system, follow the steps below to regularise your FASTag and complete the payment.

Steps to Pay E-Notice

Step 1: Visit the E-Notice Portal

Go to the official portal:NHAI - eNotice & Grievance Portal

Step 2: Enter Vehicle Details

Enter your Vehicle Registration Number and click on “Get Details”

Step 3: Verify with OTP

Enter the OTP received on your RC registered mobile number

Step 4: View Pending E-Notices

All pending E-Notices linked to your vehicle will be displayed.
Click on “Pay E-Notice” to proceed.

*You may also click on “Download Report” to view detailed notice information

Step 5: Select Payment Gateway

Choose the “Direct Payment” option

Step 6: Confirm and Submit

Select the declaration checkbox and click on “Submit”

Step 7: Complete Payment

Choose your preferred payment mode such as:

PhonePe
Google Pay
Paytm
Other available UPI/payment options

A payment request/link will be sent to your selected payment application.

Step 8: Save Payment Receipt

Once the payment is successful, a payment receipt will be generated.
Please save the receipt for future reference.
